DETAILS: RDML Peat is the Director, Office of Health Technology 6, Center for Devices and Radiological Health, Office of Product Evaluation and Quality, Food and Drug Administration.  She was recently promoted to Rear Admiral and Assistant Surgeon General in the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned (USPHS) Corps effective May 1, 2024.
