DC COA is raising money to support PHS officers to attend the 2024 USPHS Scientific and Training Symposium in Jacksonville, Florida. The DC COA USPHS Scientific and Training Symposium Scholarship Program was established to promote officers’ attendance and provide mentoring and career development opportunities at the USPHS Scientific and Training Symposium. In 2023, we supported 10 PHS officers to attend the 2023 USPHS Scientific and Training Symposium in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Please see the August COA Frontline article on page 7 for more details. Please see flyer attached for more details on how you can donate. All the money received from your donations go directly to supporting our recipients of the scholarship.
