Announcing the 2026 PHS Birthday Ball! You are cordially invited to join your fellow PHS Officers in celebration of the 228th “Birthday” of the USPHS.

VOLUNTEERS and COMMITTEE MEMBERS for the PHS BALL:
Would you like to help with the Ball? We are seeking Volunteers & Committee Members for the 2026 PHS Birthday Ball!
Chief Decorator – Must have floral arranging experience. Will be provided with a budget for fresh flowers. We have an existing supply of cylindrical vases, bud vases, and table décor.
Set Up Team/Decorating Team – Must be able to show up two hours early. Can change onsite into formal-wear/uniform. Need help with a balloon arch and table décor. Also seeking a local officer to help transport items to the location (someone with a minivan preferred).
Hosts for Out-of-Town Visitors – Are you able to host any Officers that may come into town for the event? If you have an extra room and are willing to host an officer or a couple, please let us know!
DJ Assistant – To help unload/set up/and help the DJ with any tasks.
Assistant Accountant – Good with spreadsheets, accounting, etc.
