Montgomery County is officially launching its first-ever Competitive Special Olympics Pickleball Season, and the team is looking for Assistant Coaches to help lead the way!
No Pickleball experience? No problem! CDR Oliver will be serving as the Head Coach and providing the lesson plans and technical guidance.
The program needs high-energy volunteers to help run drills and support the athletes as they prepare for the State Games in June. Whether a seasoned player or a first-time volunteer, anyone with a passion for mentoring and community impact is encouraged to join.
The Details:
Where: Dill Dinkers (40 Southlawn Ct, Rockville)
When: Saturdays, 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Dates: April 4 – June 13 (State Games June 21 or 22. Final Date to be determined)
The Mission: Assist with drills, support match play, and help the athletes bring home the gold!
